This Privacy Policy describes how My Smart Note (package ID app.nexora.mysmartnote, hereafter "the App", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you use our mobile application. The App is developed and published by Mohammed Arman Uddin Emon, trading as Nexora Studio, based in Bangladesh (the "Developer").

By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Data We Collect and Why

We follow a data-minimisation approach. The categories below match the disclosures made in our Google Play Data Safety form.

a) Data stored only on your device (not collected by us)

• Notes, shopping lists, school notes, custom categories and their contents.
• App preferences, theme, font selection, PIN lock and language settings.
• Locally cached copy of your notecoin balance and unlocked items for offline access.

This information is stored in the App's local storage / on-device database and is never transmitted to our servers.

b) Account information (optional)

If you choose to create an account or sign in, we use Firebase Authentication (a Google LLC service). You can sign in using either Email & Password or Sign in with Google. Firebase processes:

• Email address, display name and profile photo URL (if provided by you or your Google account).
• A unique Firebase user identifier (UID) and authentication tokens.
• For Google Sign-In: your Google account ID and basic profile fields (name, email, avatar) that Google returns to us via the OAuth consent screen. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google product data.
• Sign-in timestamps and IP address (for security and abuse prevention).

Purpose: account creation, authentication, account security. Legal basis (GDPR): performance of a contract and your consent. You may revoke Google's access at any time from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

c) Notecoin balance, purchases and unlocked items (cloud sync)
